About Tom
Metisights is Tom Johnson’s consulting practice. Tom is a consumer insights leader with 25+ years helping brands grow through smarter decisions. He began at Lieberman Research Worldwide (now Material), mastering marketing-research best practices. For a decade he produced actionable consumer research across foodservice, automotive, financial services, CPG, healthcare, and more. On the client side, he built Del Taco’s consumer-insights function, fueling 26 consecutive quarters of sales growth, and later created a shared insights service for Del Taco and Jack in the Box after the acquisition.
